Wire bonding and assembly method for lemo connector:

Socket: The socket is ready-made, so soldering directly. The method of arranging the cores 2 turns or more is to first weld the middlemost core, then weld the middle row, and then weld the outermost row. The welding method of the lemo connector is exquisite. If the welding is done from the outermost row, the middle core will be blocked by the welded wire and cannot be welded. So be sure to solder from the middle to the outside.

Plug: Since the plug core of the lemo connector is inside the plug, it is necessary to remove the plug before assembling the wire. The parts after the plug is removed have a rubber core, a protective sheet, a wire clamp, a tail cap and the like. Before the wire is welded, the sheath needs to be inserted into the wire first, then the tail cap is placed inside the wire, followed by the wire clamp. It should be noted that after the wire clamp is put into the wire, the shield layer on the wire is wrapped around the wire clamp so that the plug can function as a shield. After these tasks are completed, the wire bonding sequence is the same as the socket bonding wire sequence, from the middle to the outer sequential bonding wire.
