The denifition and feature of interbus weld to m12B-Coded
Interbus, as one of IEC61158 standards, is used for signal connection from sensors/actuators to computer control stations. It is an open serial bus system.
Interbus is a sensor/regulator bus system, especially suited for industrial use, that provides consistent network interconnection from control-level equipment to underlying limit switches.It connects all devices through a single cable without regard to operational complexity and allows users to take full advantage of this to reduce overall system installation and maintenance costs.

Interbus protocol features
(1) Physical layer
Structure: Hardware data ring, all devices are automatically addressed when configured.
Distance: Distributed, the longest distance up to 12.8km, low cost of system installation.
Transmission medium: twisted pair, optical cable, infrared, etc., the network can be connected in various industrial environments, and can be mixed use.
(2) Data link layer
Protocol Transfer: A full-duplex, summation-frame structure in which all I/ Os on the network can update data simultaneously.
Protocol arbitration: no arbitration, data can be transmitted continuously without interference.
Data throughput: 4096 data can be read and written in 7.8ms. I/O data update time is several times faster than the time required to resolve application logic.
Error check: CRC check is carried out every time the network connection, the transmission data is more reliable and correct.
(3) Application layer
Diagnosis: network fault location can be realized to achieve more normal working hours, reduce maintenance costs, improve reliability.
Protocol adaptability: support high-speed digital quantity, analog quantity and client-sever information transmission, can adapt to the vast majority of control requirements.
I/O scalability: 254 remote sites can be connected, 4096 I/ Os have better system adaptability.

(5) Data transmission by Interbus
The data transfer of Interbus is similar to a remote distance shift register. Data is moved out of the data register of the bus control board, through the BK module and I/O module on the network, and then into the register of the bus control board.That is, data is moved in and out of the data registers on the bus control board simultaneously (full duplex mode).Interbus data is fully frame transmitted.There are two frame types: ID period frame and data period frame.The ID period frame must be read when the Interbus bus system is initialized to produce a process image.After the successful execution of the ID cycle frame, the Interbus bus device internally switches to the data register and executes only the data frame to realize the transmission of data.
Interbus, as a field-based bus system, has very fast communication speed in I/O network: 254 I/O, 15ms at 12.8km distance, 3ms at 300m distance.In the information management, Interbus is interconnected through Ethernet, the I/O layer (I/ OLevel), the field layer (FieldLevel), the controllevel (ControlLevel) use Interbus system, the upper managementlevel (Management Level) is connected through Ethernet and connected with the Internet, so that users can use PC dial-up Internet, the remote Interbus network equipment operation and access to the data information of the equipment.
2. Structure of Interbus control system
1 Communication module
The communication module is programmed with the structured text language provided by PCWORX and is responsible for sending information to the display screen of peripheral devices.The communication module mainly calls the peripheral communication blocks provided by PCWORX: PCP_CONNECT (communication connection), PCP_WRITE (output to the peripheral), and STRING_TO_BUF (string transfer to the buffer).Because send information to the peripheral equipment is long, need to display a string with the beginning of the identification number of 50 bytes, so as to prevent the data behind the front cover of the data, the reliability of sending data, provided we call PC_WORX STRING_TO_BUF function block, identification number and first write a string to be displayed in the data buffer, combined into a string of 50 bytes, then call PCP_WRITE function block sends the information to the peripheral devices.Part of the program code is as follows:

2 Main control function module

3. On-line diagnostic module
The standard registers in the Interbus bus controller IBS ISA FC/I_T provide information about the running state of the bus and can also be used to operate the bus system through the control program.The standard registers in the bus controller include the diagnostic status register, the diagnostic parameter register, the standard functional start register, the standard functional status register and the standard functional parameter register.The address of the register can be set in the input or output address area of the control system by using PCWORX configuration software, so as to facilitate the application in programming.The diagnostic status register is one word long, and each bit reflects some aspect of the running state of the bus system.The diagnostic parameter register provides more detailed information for the status bit of the diagnostic status register. In case of peripheral failure and bus error, the diagnostic parameter register provides the error position.The diagnostic parameter register provides error codes when the controller and bus are wrong.
The online diagnosis module is programmed by ST (structural text) language, and the successful module FCDIAG is encapsulated after programming, which has the function of diagnosis and self-starting.The module takes the diagnostic status register and the diagnostic parameter register as input. After processing, the diagnostic information is assigned to the global external variables ERR_DIAG_STATUS and ERR_DI_AG_PAPA, which can be transmitted to the upper computer for processing through OPC technology.When the Interbus control system fails, the bus stops running.The self-start function of the module can automatically detect whether the fault has been cleared. Once the fault has been cleared, the bus will be started through the standard function start register and the control system will be automatically restored to the normal running state.
