Working current of single pin/hole(diameter 0.5mm-1.3mm)

The operating voltage standard of medical connectors:

The pin is tested in the connection state and the test voltage is applied to both ends of the pin.The calculation is based on 75% of the measured breakdown voltage.1/3 of this value is the operating voltage.All tests were performed in a standard environment (room temperature).It is also applicable to the environment at an altitude of 2000 meters.

Test voltage = breakdown voltage *0.75 working voltage = breakdown voltage *0.75*1/3

Note: in different electrical conditions, the safety factor for the working voltage is more stringent.In such applications, the most important correlation coefficients are the stitch spacing and creepage distance.
